BMW i (http://www.bmw-i.com) ran an iAd campaign in Europe reaching iPad, iPhone and iPod touch users in Germany, England and France. iAd is Apple’s mobile advertising network, reaching millions of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users right in their favorite apps. As launch partner for iAd on iPad in Europe, BMW i launched an innovative campaign, which exploited the advertising potential of the iPad and opened the door to a three-dimensional world of mobility images and experiences. The BMW i3 and BMW i8 concept cars formed the main focus of the advertising campaign. iPhone, iPod touch and iPad functionalities brought the cars to life, allowing them to move freely in 3D.
